INTERVENTION ACCOMPLISHED IN 2008
Just a few steps from Piazza 5 Giornate in a stable years 1960s, a small 50 mq apartment that represents the synthesis of the contemporary design.
The restructuring was radical as also the hydraulic and electrical installations have been completely adjusted to the new subdivision of spaces.
The project has looked, as first thing, at the personality and stile living of the house owner, single and lover of art and design.
The stay, an area that stretches from the entrance of the apartment to the entrance of the kitchen, is the heart of junction between the sleeping area, the kitchen area and laundry.
Inside this area there is a zone lunch and a zone relaxing and tv, full of ethnic and contemporary atmospheres.
From the stay you can access to the kitchen through a door entirely in crystal which has the function of decorative element.
From this space you can also log on to the night zone by a door contiguous to the entry of the apartment.
This part of the home is characterised by the fact that the bedroom, being deprived of the door and within which there is the closet cabin, becomes a single space with the disengagement.
In this area is placed the bathroom divided into two zones by a crystal door: services and anti bathroom where the sink and the great mirror is positioned.
The coating of the walls and the floor of the bathroom are embellished with a perimeter bordure in Verona red marble and travertine marble.
The ancient parquet of the stay floor has been recovered and restored.
The general atmosphere is certainly characterised by the minimalist furniture, in line with the current trend.
The pieces of design mixed with ethnic elements create a particular atmosphere inside this apartment, example of how small spaces can be broken down and used in the same way of the big spaces, simply trying to optimize useful surfaces.
Materials, colors and lights used contribute to give life to a project which aims to obtain spaces comfortable and full of atmosphere.
