INTERVENTION ACCOMPLISHED IN 1993

Città Studi, a spot of cultural and main city events, is chosen by a singer-songwriter as a place to live and create his music. The 60sq.mt. flat, situated in a building of the 60ths, shows thus no architectonic interest, and, because of this,the designer, in agreement with the owner, decided to personalize as much as possible the restoration intervention of the internal livings spaces.
The analysis of the original setting of the rooms, showed a total lack of harmony and functionality, typical of that age. Therefore both project and restoration intervention were completed, involving the whole flat, both building and system work.
The new inner rooms setting changed completely after the intervention, fullfilling the clients expectations, that were those of making the available 60 sq mts functional and versatile, according to his habits and needs.
The result is thus a “location” allowing to live and work at the same time , surrounded by an innovative classicism.
