INTERVENTION ACCOMPLISHED IN 2006
In Milan, in a Lyberty-style diffusion area, abundant of medium and big relevance buildings dating back to beginning of last century, is located a building of medium type relevance .
The restored flat belongs to a single person, and is located at the last floor of this building of the 70th. The status of retrieval of the flat was of complete degradation, both for building works, hydraulical and electrical system , and its spatial distribution was typical of the age of the building construction. The restoring took thus into consideration the whole flat both for building works and plants. The existing rooms division was transformed: in fact originally there were four rooms with a bathroom and a kitchen, while now the flat has a typical racionalist architecture morphology, and was especially designed according to character, personality and needs of the client.
The monochrome theme, present everywhere in the flat, allows the spaces broadening, free from volumetric constrains ; the minimal style furniture, mixed with the internal architecture, creates both consonances and contrasts fusion, giving a final effect of extreme agreableness.
The architectonic restoration carried out in this flat allowed to create a very racional yet really harmonious place, full of rythmic harmony, vital and full of energy.
